The harmless treatment rate of municipal solid waste in Yibin has reached over 99.8%. It is understood that the Yibin Waste Incineration Power Plant project is located in Shengtian Town, Gaoxian County, Yibin City. The planned total capacity is 4 × 600td domestic waste incinerator furnaces, and supporting construction of 1 × 25MW + 2 × 12MW medium-temperature medium-pressure condensing steam turbines. The total investment for the first phase of the project is expected to be RMB 540 million, and a 2 × 600td domestic waste incinerator grate and a 1 × 25MW medium-temperature and medium-pressure condensing steam turbine generator set will be constructed. This project uses internationally advanced and widely used incinerator grate technology, which can limit the generation of dioxin to the limit during the combustion process, plus advanced desulfurization, denitration, adsorption, dust removal, etc. The flue gas purification treatment system meets the national emission standards and the emission indicators meet national standards, which are equivalent to or better than the EU standards.
